The 71 is more junior, and also a superior airplane. Why would you voluntarily subject yourself to the jury rigged jalopy that the 73 is?
I'm not sure how long it would take to hold a line, but reserve can be a pretty sweet gig, especially if you live within 2 ish hours of the airport.
