That’s not at all what I said. Reading comprehension is important. First of all starting over is a big deal. I specifically said bottom half of seniority list, which is not 10, 15, 20 + years of seniority. Also throw in context of the theme that you have created of “the sky is falling” and suddenly “starting over” is comparatively much better. Btw if you’ve been in this industry for 15 or 20 years, you know that much, much worse scenarios were the norm in the early 2000’s. Starting over in this day and age would not be fun, but it’s a walk in the park compared to those times.
