This may come as a shock but the reason senior guys (although a lot are leaving now) are still here is NOT because they "can't get hired at a legacy".
Senior pilots don’t want to start over at the bottom. Got it, not exactly shocking info. They aren’t leaving because they are senior and can ride out a ****storm of furloughs and still hold lines in the left seat. Liquidation would be the only reason for them to leave, and there’s not a strong enough chance of that yet to get most guys with 10 + years to start over.
