Any coach wants as many players trying out as possible.
Hopefully this attracts top quality pilots.
If it doesn’t, it cost me the same amount.
Either way, the majority seem pleased with the contract and their representation.
Ok I guess I don’t have all the facts. There are a handful of full time reps that are paid by the company. So those don’t increase my dues. But for the rest (well over 100? - why don’t we have that number?) are paid for by our dues. So an increase in payment to them comes from our dues. So - how does this not cost us more?
