I'm can't remember what the web address was. I know I go to dlnet.delta.com when I need to list for a flight. But there was another registration site where I had to put in my info, then wait to be mailed a confirmation/password. When that came in the mail, it gave me the place to go, as well as the ability to change the password before I could go to dlnet.
AFTER that, when I tried to list for a flight, it had a little red notice on top saying I needed to pay the $50 for the year. You can pay right on the site by giving cc info, or you can pay a gate agent as well. Don't know how it works for COMAIR, but for us that $50/year goes by hire date, not Jan-Dec.
