Going to 67 would introduce 100s of Pilots with both dementia and Alzheimer's into the system as this is the age it begins to ramp up. The Class I Medical doesn't screen for it so we are reliant on the "paint by numbers" recurrent training to find it. The Pilot studies we have are not in favor of raising the age. For anyone wanting to raise the age, you have to be able to prove it's safer, or at least as safe.
