I’m currently an NYC330B, but I live in ATL. I’m looking at getting back down to ATL soon. It looks like I would actually have better seniority on the 350 than the 330, so I’m considering that. Looking for any input about making that transition. How was the training? How do you enjoy the 350 flying versus the 330 flying? I’ve never done ultra long haul or flown any Pacific routes. Coming from NYC330, you will be disappointed by the flying in both categories. Transition from 330-350 is easy, going back would be easy inside of 3 years. Over 3 years it's IQ vs normal requal. Consider the 350 over the 330 if you have a tolerance for VA Ave, plan on bidding reserve or want to explore ULH. As the categories grow, you will find increased variety in each.
