It’s the hotels, it’s hearing our foreign partners aren’t growing, when in fact they are. It’s, on and on and on.

It’s not just the TA, but it certainly revealed to many what this job really is. People are leaving and yes, they are certainly happy elsewhere. Even with the loss of seniority.

Go ahead and wish them ill-will, because that’s what helps you rationalize your career choices and helps you sleep better at night. They’ll be just fine.
