There isn’t a regional airline that will compete with the majors in QoL, work rules, pay, etc. I worked for a decent regional, AAL is better in every way possible. Comparing your experience with 2000-2007 Eagle to mainline AAL is absurd.
At my previous employer I flew with some ex-Eagle pilots. I heard a few stories, sorry you had to suffer through that hogwash.
