Happy for you and your pilot group.
With that said the constant “my airline is better” arguments are lame and it needs to end. We are all just expenses on a balance sheet. If you are at any of the major airlines I believe you will have a great career and what works for one person does not mean it works for another. If you are at a regional and happy then you are doing great too.
I know you were just responding to another poster but congratulations on making a great decision for you.
Looking forward to the Airline versus Air Line versus Airlines discussions to stop.
