Everyone has their own reasons for voting and that’s perfectly fine, we’ll never change that. If anything, this TA failure was proof that the number of company yes-men has shrunk from 2015 and the overall culture here is indeed slowly changing. Make no mistake, this failure definitely ruffled feathers in the C suite and they are actively working to steer the ship in the desired direction. Cue the WhatsApps, BDSM group, et al. I pay zero attention to that crap and just fly my line and enjoy my time off.
The purple koolaid has tasted good and it can be addictive.. I think we can all agree that they need to add a bit more sugar to the current batch.
