23m upgrade AAL 737 DFW
8 years 787 FO DFW
8 years left (age 65) 787 CA DFW
V
12 year SWA CA

current contracts- SWA wins by ~500k with approx 2.5-3yrs more time off based on avg line value.

That's what I did for my comparison in Aug 23 when I turned down AAL.
The goals are different for every pilot.

Wouldnt change a thing in Feb '24
