we have this problem at Breeze! Many passengers complain about it. I notice we see a lot of people trying the airline out, but most go back to their regular United/Southwest etc after once or twice.
just zed fared on Breeze and it was great. C series a super nifty comfortable plane. Was a niche route too, prevented us from having to connect. Flight on time, pleasant FAs. Enjoyable.
