Good catch and a very true statement. Even with a freeze you can bid to a new BES (Base Equipment Seat) that just opened. When LAS 737 opened a bunch of junior WBFOs utilized it to break seat locks. So if you take LAS737 and LAS320 came to fruition you can bid.
