They could have been awarded a 320 CA position. Still won’t go to training until after probation either way. The difference is when the pay starts.
If you take a CA spot in BI and subsequently take a vacancy in same equipment in a different base do you still get CA pay at 350 hours and first CQ or do you have to be in originally awarded base.
Also, sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but is CQ every 6 months?
