Doesn't matter how you "feel" about moving up or how many pilots took various seperation offers. To calculate the percent change, divide the new number by the old number. This yields a positive change of 13.51%. Now divide 13.51% by the time change (Approx. 4 yrs.) equals 3.37%. The 2.8% is taking into account VSP and "paper bidders". Regardless, the growth is pitiful.
