You should have no difficulty obtaining driving records from your DMV or the state that you received the violation from. Above all else, be honest and put as much info as you can. Do not assume that putting nothing or submitting bogus info. will help you in any way.

For what it's worth, I can't even tell you how many speeding tickets I racked up in my old Porsche even as recently as the month prior to my interview at CAL. I told them the speed, let them know I sold the car, and we all had a good laugh. Honesty is the best policy by far - and obviously I'm still gainfully employed.
