If the place does turn around and he triples his investment, he may sit back and honor those commitments; however, if he doesn't like what he sees, he's not just gonna sit back and do nothing. Well yes, I can agree with you there. I think the plan B that was touted for most of the last year is one of hope that plan A works because the words plan B were written on a post it with nothing more written and remained there until Icahn reported.
