But there’s nothing we can do about that now. Robin’s out, new management team in. How about we let them execute a strategy and stop criticizing past decisions they had no control over due to the DOJ.
What would you call it then? I mean no disrespect and I’m genuinely curious. Aside from the NEA which was just artificial growth that expired after xx amount of years, and Spirit there’s been a lot of other things that really affect our reputation. Of course on time performance really stands out. When customers get on and expect WiFi, and mint seats that are fully functional and TV’s that work…and they don’t...people get upset and it affects our reputation. When a flight goes out that should be catered and we are told it’s not a catered flight even tho there is low stock on items, it’s something that affects our reputation. To me, the little things like having wifi that works, tvs’s that work, pulling up to a gate and not having to wait 20 min for someone to park the jetbridge….it matters, and someone makes decisions to forgo those items. All those little things is what used to set us apart from everyone else.
