When customers get on and expect WiFi, and mint seats that are fully functional and TV’s that work…and they don’t...people get upset and it affects our reputation. When a flight goes out that should be catered and we are told it’s not a catered flight even tho there is low stock on items, it’s something that affects our reputation. To me, the little things like having wifi that works, tvs’s that work, pulling up to a gate and not having to wait 20 min for someone to park the jetbridge….it matters, and someone makes decisions to forgo those items. All those little things is what used to set us apart from everyone else.
I don’t disagree. However I’m not sure how many of those delta express carriers (there are a lot in Boston) have all of those things.

I’m just saying they already had the gates to move back into so it wasn’t really hard for them. You coukd run a perfect operation in Boston and it would never be a fortress hub.

But yeah like I said we lost focus and let everything slip. Or should I say Hayes did. Honestly the more I look at his time here it was basically a giant fail.

You won’t see me defend how they killed our reputation.
