Basically boiling it down… few FOs got one, most CA could get one. Seems like the CAs and FAs are most overstaffed, also seem like the 2 groups that always look for very high credit months so most open time gets grabbed instantly. FO side less staffed and guys less likely to pick up open time. Just what I gather from guys on the line.
