spirit has already changed their business model once and I would argue JB has also changed its business model once in its 20 years as well.
the industry is not static and nothing forces a business model to remain unchanged.
maybe the DOJ and Spirit/JetBlue would be willing to have this appeals tried on Judge Judy. That would be a show!
