What does moving forward look like? With 7 type ratings I'm assuming you're at least mid career, but could also be close to retirement. What's your time horizon? Do you want 91? 135? 121? How much flexibility do you have to move?

Can you talk to your former colleagues and get HONEST feeback? Was this evaluation targeted at you or random? If targeted, was it for personal or professional reasons? How bad did you fail and why? See if your guys will tell you "heck, it happened to bob, I hope it doesn't happen to me" or "yeah gosh, I always enjoyed talking to you but I was figuring that would happen one day"

Are you on good terms with the most recent employer? Would they recommend you? (I assume not, but could imagine scenarios where they might). What about previous employers?
