Can you talk to your former colleagues and get HONEST feeback? Was this evaluation targeted at you or random? If targeted, was it for personal or professional reasons? How bad did you fail and why? See if your guys will tell you "heck, it happened to bob, I hope it doesn't happen to me" or "yeah gosh, I always enjoyed talking to you but I was figuring that would happen one day"

Are you on good terms with the most recent employer? Would they recommend you? (I assume not, but could imagine scenarios where they might). What about previous employers?

135 to finish out my career not long maybe 2-3 years ,was never 121.......1...there was an event,SIC(he was flying) did something very wrong and i didnt catch it Reason for the obs.
2.Feedback from colleagues ,good.and have spoken on my behalf without me even asking.

4.not good why? i think one of the reasons might of been the fact that i was put thru this and the SIC wasnt even called to ask the time of day,that had me very disurbed ,that certainly didnt help
5.good terms? no not really although i was there for a few years with no other negative outcomes ever.
6.previous employers would speak very highly of me if the ask them ( one is no longer in business)
