MESA will still be in business next month and they will have found a way to negotiate the bond issue. With regard to fiction, I have pretty much painted a picture based on fact and MESA's history. This is not fiction my friend. And IF they MESA does go under from dining on excretment, I will be all to happy to write, at least my hours and pay will be better.
