I know guys getting hired there with about the same amount of SIC time I have now. 2 years of mainline seniority sounds significant but not sure if that's worth basing such a huge career choice on. Not hurting for money or anything now with the new regional pay rates and I enjoy living in base so there's really no big rush to leave.
