Here is what I found in MOU 23-02.

The vacation accrual under Section 7 B. 1. a. 1) of the PWA provides one additional week of vacation from the accrual under the prior agreement for pilots with 5, 11, 16, 17, and 18 years of continuous employment completed before the current vacation year beginning April 1, 2023. Since these pilots were unable to bid this additional week in time for the 2023-2024 vacation year, each pilot will receive, in lieu of such additional week of vacation, a one-time payment of 28:00 (valued at 4:00 per day of vacation) at the pilot’s composite hourly rate of pay in effect at the time of pay out under Paragraph 6.B.
