I have searched online and can't locate the new pay scales anywhere.
Could you please PM the new rates?

QUOTE=BGBMX911;3775659]I believe our new payscales are published and available now. If you can't find them, I'm sure one of us could send it over to you. Even though the majors are slowing hiring (for now) NJ is working out their TA so I still expect further adjustments later this year. Nothing is guaranteed, but Flex has commited to being competetive with majors as well as NJ so we will see what happens.

Health benefits are primarily through United Healthcare and very good. I pay just under $200/month for my entire family for the top plan. Previously, before I came to Flex we were on my wife's Fed plan through the USPS paying just under $400/month with less benefits and higher deductible and out of pocket. So comparetively, for me I feel it's a good plan.

FO:
Y1 is a daily rate of: $751, Y2+ is: $785

PBS (Phenom) CA:
Y1: $751, Y2: $816, Y3: $820, Y4: $825, Y5: $830 and goes up to Y18: $1,100.

DRL (CL300, EMB545) CA:
Y1: $784, Y2: $853, Y3: $925, Y4: $933, Y5: $940 and goes up to Y18: $1303.

All of the above is done at a daily rate. Multiply the numbers you see by days you work to get your salary. Don't expect anything on top of that and you'll be happy. The bonus structure allows for potential bonuses of: FO: 10%; PBS CA: 15%; DRL CA: 20%. The metrics to qualify for those bonuses are opaque and you have zero control over whether or not you'll meet them.

ILC is a whole other kettle of fish, as they say. Salaried starting at $188,000 and goes up from there with the potential of a 35% bonus.
