DCA 787 is the only base requiring the shot operationally. New hires are now required to have the yellow fever jab prior to starting new hire class at UAL. It's part of the legal questions that are presented at the end of the interview.

To the OP, only your 1st class medical is disclosed in your interview packet. Any questions about your personal health in the interview are not allowed.
