To the OP, only your 1st class medical is disclosed in your interview packet. Any questions about your personal health in the interview are not allowed.
The YF vaccine has been around since forever. It is a live attenuated vaccine, so there is a negligible, but near-but-non-zero chance you might actually get a YF-like illness from it, but it is well proven in the 80+ years they've been using it. It confers life long immunity.
As for YF itself, you don't want it.
