Nothing personal, but I am wary of such a statement. The reduced reserve days was touted by an A300 SDF based EB member by saying the company would never use the reserve extension because of cost.
Pretty much every ANC MD reservist was extended every time.
I’m not sure how much cost would factor into their decision based off prior experience.
