Question. Why would a 3.5/1 rig improve quality of life? In all seriousness, will it change the domestic week on/off? Sun-Sat, call it 144 TAFB= 41.2hrs. They would still be under the 86 hour pay period cap.
It would help int'l, but not domestic.
