I think American is under contract for 101 CR7’s with SkyWest. AAL’s order for 90 E175’s will probably start to replace those jets later in the decade as their contracts with the CR7’s expire.
There is no doubt later on down the road the 175 will replace the CRJ fleet.....AA however has so many eggs in different baskets, its hard to even make a legit guess on what direction they are heading. Managing a portfolio of 6 regional carriers is quite a task....
