Let's put it this way...your total compensation for the year is $100. Your earnings (and this is accurate-ish) were comprised of $20 salary, $20 bonus, and $60 of stock. Would you hold onto the $60 in stock and hope the stock price increased faster than NVIDIA? Or would you sell it and put the money to work elsewhere?
why did you have to bring up nvidia?? I am so regretting selling my stock back in 2021
