Well it just happened again and 3 hours later the SC is still gone. At what point (if any) is this bank error in your favor?
I’d take a screenshot of my iCrew schedule showing LC only with no SC, complete with the timestamp on top. If they don’t notify you of SC being re-added after that time, at least 18 hours prior to the start of the SC, you have absolutely no SC obligation.
