Jumpseat JFK to RFD like normal, go into the sort facility with the crew in RFD and get your pass at the window upstairs. Around an hour, hour plus a few, hang around the window to meet the DEN crew and go out with them. Everyone is helpful, just ask and you will be fine. Hope this helps.
