Every time something happens, the news story covers it dramatically, then cryptically adds a reference to the Alaska door plug, and the 737 Max, to imply it’s all somehow a chain of failure from Boeing. Now the suicide…with “apparent” and “alleged” in quotation marks, to say, without saying “yeah, right, this guy was murdered by Boeing.” Lots of drama, no facts to support it. The drama sells advertising, though.

It's crack cocaine for the conspiracy junkies.

It may be a murder. As yet, however, there is no evidence to support that, other than wild speculation. It may be better to wait for the facts, and see where they lead.
Certainly could be suicide, that's what Occam says. But the guy has recently been validated/vindicated and is getting a lot of media attention. So kind of a high point in his life as a professional whistleblower. There could be unrelated things going on of course. Suicide isn't always particularly rational.
