The deposition was part of Barnett's appeal of OSHA's determination that Boeing did not retaliate against him for whistleblowing. So tell me, why on earth would a fortune 500 company worth $112 billion GAS about a lawsuit
WHICH THEY ALREADY WON? What would that payout be if OSHA reversed their findings? $10 million? $50 million in the worst case scenario? Boeing is losing $2.5 million every day on the KC-46, AF1 and Starliner programs. It's not even a drop in the bucket. But that's going to be enough to not only throw away a golden parachute but also to risk spending the rest of their life in prison because they might increase their annual losses on those 4 budget items by 5%?
