The pilots, the pilots. I made no mistake. Those that want the new pay will go after it. This is how it works, netjets union raises the bar and other companies must increase pay, or lose good employees. Expect a raise.
An example, a newhire FO that starts at NJ 5/1/24 and upgrades to captain at 3 years on 5/1/27 his base pay will be $224,066., if he flys 25 hours in each 8 day tour than add $72,000. ($200. per hour for every hour over 10 hours in each tour), add 3 holidays which are paid at $1,611. each on top of base salary, he has earned $300,000. in his 4th year. Thats without any overtime pay calculated in, or perdiem added in.
