Netjets union FEASAP, I mean NJASAP got a salary increase over 50% with the new contract, putting year 1 FO pay over 150K and 5th year over 200K, if 50% of your pilots jump ship to NJ because of that, maybe a raise is in the near future.... otherwise the management wont get paid if planes dont have pilots.
