I used to wait as well, then one da I built the perfect bid, hit submit and just got the spinning wheel of death. I couldn't even save it and had to close out and rebuild from scratch. Now I submit after few lines, but that downside to that is if you don't finish it, it negates a good default bid. I always try to leave my bids in a state I'd be ok with if I forget to finish lol. That's the reason I use the John Bell reserve line simulator every month. I once set a pattern that was Kobayashi Maru of reserve bids and put little effort into my backup line bid. If there is a way to screw oneself, I've found it.
