I would argue for the most part that the churn at the upper crust already largely occurs naturally - “rags to riches to rags” is a real thing. Then you have the truly extraordinary legacy-wealth families that have found sustainability…can’t say I’d support them being limited in any way. Except for that Soros guy; he can go to hell…pretty sure his money will be funding the destruction of society until, well, the destruction of society.
