Did you have to wait more than the 3 days between your LOE and the start of IOE? I've heard some people have to potentially wait weeks but some go right in after the 3 days.
I had exactly the required 3 days off between LOE and IOE last June but I was a DEC. My classmates had the same 3 days off. I do think they are good about scheduling IOE and the check airman have had some breaks from doing training lately. None of the FOs I have flown with complained about breaks in training.
