They don't care if we are the lowest paid or have crappy schedules etc etc. As long as we keep doing what we are doing they are super happy.

They will give us plenty of lip service how great we are bla blah blah and behind your back they will be plotting to screw you out of every penny they can. So keep up with the crying and what is your worth. That will not do a thing except give them something to laugh about.
