Don’t disagree with that. I think you can have greater oversight without kicking the can down the road in re:certification. You can reduce production rates and have inspectors doing surprise inspections until QC meets govt approval. You can also certify a variant thats been in operation for years. All a moot point since Boeing withdrew the appeal…. Their C-suite needs to give Wall Streeg the finger and invest in making sure they quit staying out of the news.
