That's two questions
1) what is the best career path for a low-time pilot in 2024? Lot of crystal ball gazing there, but stay mobile and keep making your logbook better. Go where the jobs are - regional hiring may slow

2) If bigger is better, how much better is bigger? Depends on the operator - but pressurization and a type rating will def make the 120 stronger than the 99. The 99 TPIC will make your logbook MUCH stronger coming from CFI. If you already have 500 hrs of Navajo time, not so much.
