Pry that clam in your pocket open and buy tickets if you actually want to go somewhere. Hell, you can even afford C+ or First every now and then. Non rev is for that once or twice a year transoceanic trip when you can get D1.
When I got hired it was free travel anywhere I wanted to go anytime. 65-70% load factor. It was a huge bennefit. Now I have to spend $5K+ a year on travel for the fam.
Oh, things happen, times change, and you don't get what you once had? Who knew? You do get to constantly complain for the rest of your career though, right?
