Comair at the moment is overstaffed. Most FO's on reserve sit around doing nothing all month. Captains on the other hand are short staffed. Attrition has all but stopped now that no one is hiring. Rumors out there are we are going to receive growth, and in the latest bid packets said the new hire classes were for attrition and "possible growth."
