Well done shedding light on certain situations. It is up to us to reveal the shortcomings for those interested in our outfits. I had heard about the administrative sick fee and vacation deficit and didn't believe it the first time. Seeing it written down is like a brick to the head. Still spinning about the admin fee - Wow! Especially if that fee is based upon your pay rate just imagine that for a minute with higher rates! Thanks again for the additional issues that need to be resolved.
*For those awaiting for OE enjoy the amazing time off as it's a one off normally and a great opportunity in the ACMI world - very cool. Is it the normal training backlog/available check flyers like most places at times or overstaffing/low demand?
