I'm maxing it all out.
Sure there’s a lot of what if’s. Max income replacement under old plan was $13.5k with offsets. If I get knocked out of the cockpit I’m taking in double that with NEC mostly all tax free. With only the mortgage and utilities for bills…how much does one need? $325k is more than the majority of the population brings in in a year and that’s a high earners cut of LOL + NEC. An extra 30-50k might be nice…but it comes down to how much do you really need? If you think maxing it all out is worth it…go for it.
